The Wing Race Nationals 2023 are proudly part of the North Aussie Wing Series and are set to take place at Woollahra Sailing Club during the 3-5th of February, 2023.

Woollahra Sailing Club is located on the iconic Sydney Harbour and with consistent winds throughout the summer, this location is bound to deliver.

About the event:

The 2023 Wing Race Nationals are a 3-day action-packed weekend of wing racing. Kiteboarding Australia has orgainsed some of the best wing racers in Australia to come down and share their tips and tricks. National Race Class Champion, Jack Abbott, and expert wing coach, Dan Wilson, will be competitors/coaches for the event to share their knowledge.

ANOC World Beach Games

The Australian Wing Class National Championship is now a qualifying event to enroll into the ANOC World Beach Games in Bali in 2023.

Dates: 5 - 12 of August, 2023

Location: Bali, Indonesia

About the event:

The ANOC World Beach Games is a global multi-sport event created by ANOC and first hosted in Qatar in 2019. It is a young and inclusive event that combines the informality and vibrancy of the beach with the top elite sport to creating highly attractive Games. It is the only global youth-centric festival of beach, water and action sports, created specifically for the benefit of the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and their athletes.

With a focus on young and dynamic sports, the Games offer NOCs unrivalled opportunities to connect with new athletes and a new generation of sports fans. Sustainability and accessibility are at the heart of the Games concept, with an emphasis placed on minimising environmental impact by using existing and temporary infrastructure and keeping hosting-budgets low. All of the worlds 206 NOCs have the opportunity to qualify for the Games, with guaranteed participation of athletes from all 5 continents.
